Just build your own. We did out of some simple household appliances.
We named him Joel.

MYTHBUSTERS is a show where 2 SFX/stuntmen go around proving urban legends correct or false (usually false). When the stunt could prove too dangerous for a person to attempt, they use their silent partner, a crash-test dummie they somehow got from an auto safety-test plant (they said it was an old dummie & would have been dumped if they didn't nab him). They use it for myths about people being blown 200' out of sewer pipes & exploding toilets launching people into the next room, pyrotechnic & dangerous stuff like that.
Ah, here it is, the Hybrid III, though forget what they personally named it.

well stunts is what i was going to use it for, so i guess great minds think alike. i have 2 questions.
1. how i would go about finding a Vehicle Testing Plant
and
2. how Untamed Aggression made one with household appliances.
thnx

As for Q #1, you could look around the link provided above, which leads to HERE, or try a Google/Yahoo/Hotbot/etc. search for some company which might be in your area. It may cost a bit, but a 2nd-hand test dummie without the internal sensor-pack computer (an older model that may be close to retirement due to overuse) may be available from time to time.
As for making your own; I'd suggest trying to procure a store window mannequin, hacksaw the main joints apart, figure-out some way of giving it movable joints underneath clothes (just hot gluing short rope might work underneath clothing if it won't be twisted in too-weird positions).

The head is a wig stand I got from a costume shop.
The spine is a metal spring from B&Q, the pelvis is a bent wire coat hanger. The arms and legs are polythene insulation tubes, also from B&Q.
It's stuffed with a couple of pillows and some old swimming trunks (optional).
